Black History Month

My cousin, Janea Young, is a body painter. I directed and photographed these portraits and assisted with some of the makeup. The portraits were inspired by Emory Douglas, the graphic artist and Minister of Culture for the Black Panthers. We did this for Black History Month in 2019.
